Here are some common questions about CDI Training.
Negative. The Foundation and Analyst Academy tracks are designed to take civilians from zero to operational competence. We do not teach you to code; we teach you to defend. If you know how to use a browser, you are ready to begin.
No. Thrive CDI is an elite training ground, not a recruitment agency. However, for our Certified Operator students, we solve the biggest hurdle in the industry: "Experience." Upon passing the final simulation, you receive a Verified Experience Letter from Thrive Security, confirming your practical competence to future employers.
It is a formal reference letter signed by the Director of an active MSSP. It confirms that you have successfully completed a 3-month simulated rotation, handled real-world ticket scenarios, and adhered to professional ISO standards. It allows you to prove to employers that you are not just "certified," but tested.
Universities teach theory. Bootcamps teach you to pass exams. We teach Tradecraft.
- The Foundation: Completely self-paced. Deploy at your own speed.
- Analyst Academy / Certified Operator: Requires approximately 5–8 hours per week for live briefings and lab work. Designed for working professionals.
